Job Description

The Voorheesville Central School District anticipates a permanent, full-time probationary position for a science (Physics) teacher beginning September 1, 2025 in the high school. This role will potentially include some engineering and technology coursework. Applicants with dual certifications are encouraged to apply. Salary and benefits for this position are as stated in the current teacher contract.

Job Qualifications

1. Fully certified in New York State as Science 7-12.
2. Dual certification preferred.  
3. Engineering and technology experience preferred              
4. Previous teaching experience preferred.
5. Dedicated to teaching and to students.
6. Good college record and excellent references.
