Job Description

This is a full-time probationary position for an Earth Science Teacher beginning September 1, 2025 at the Clayton A. Bouton High School. Voorheesville CSD is seeking a dynamic 9-12 Earth Science teacher with a passion for teaching and learning. Salary and benefits are as stated in the teacher contract. 

Job Qualifications

1. Required to be certified in New York State as an Earth Science Teacher (Dual/Multiple certifications with physics, chemistry, and living environment/biology preferred).
2. Previous experience teaching high school desired.
3. Excellent health, vitality and enthusiasm.
4. Dedicated to teaching and to students.
5. Good college record and excellent references.
