Job Description

This posting is for a Leave Replacement for an Extracurricular Position.

This position is expected to be from approximately 9/15/25 - 12/23/25.

Elementary School Hand Chime Choir involves one rehearsal for 30 minutes each week, with a concert planned for November.

 

The Coordinator/Director/Advisor is responsible for supervising, providing guidance, overseeing, coordinating, and troubleshooting the activities for the particular extracurricular group. Group may meet after school hours.

The duties of the Coordinator/Director/Advisor may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Completing Use of Facilities Request Forms for group meetings.
• Obtaining volunteer coaches when needed.
• Supervising, Scheduling, coordinating and chaperoning any group activities.
• Serving as liaison for questions regarding this activity.

 

 

Job Qualifications

Certified Music Teacher

Experience leading hand chime and choirs is preferred.

Experience working with students is desired.
