The Voorheesville Central School District has one full-time probationary position for a Spanish Teacher at the Voorheesville Middle School.  Position begins in October 2025. Salary and benefits are as stated in the current teacher contract. 

This position is a full-time, long-term substitute general/instrumental music position in the Voorheesville Elementary School, approximately 9/15/25 -12/23/25.  The salary and benefits for this position are stated in the current teacher contract.

Responsibilities

1. To teach general music classes and instrumental lessons within the guidelines and curriculum of the school district.

2. To direct and prepare the fifth-grade band for scheduled school performances.

3. To participate cooperatively with the school administration in the evaluation process in conformance with district guidelines.

4. To communicate regularly with parents and teachers on a pupil’s progress.
