We are hiring an Odyssey of the Mind Advisor. This is an Extracurricular Position for the 2025-2026 school year.

The Coordinator/Director/Advisor is responsible for supervising, providing guidance, overseeing, coordinating, and troubleshooting the activities for the particular extracurricular group. Group may meet after school hours.

The duties of the Coordinator/Director/Advisor may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Completing Use of Facilities Request Forms for group meetings.
• Obtaining volunteer coaches when needed.
• Supervising, Scheduling, coordinating and chaperoning any group activities.
• Serving as liaison for questions regarding this activity.

Voorheesville Central School District is seeking Substitute Teaching Assistants for the District. Responsibilities may include:

1. Provide support and supervision to special education students, including support with ADLs.
2. Assist Special Education Teachers and related service providers in the implementation of the students’ individual education plans.
3. Revising lesson material with students individually or in small groups.
4. Monitor and assist students in all aspects of the school day.
5. Ensuring the classroom environment is safe and clean.

The Voorheesville Central School District is seeking qualified candidates for School Nurse Substitute positions to provide nursing care during the 2025-2026 school year.

General Duties

1. Communicate with parents and staff regarding health needs and concerns.
2. Administer medication (as ordered by physician) according to regulations and policy, if needed.
3. Complete and file accident/incident reports as appropriate.
